Okay ladies and if there are any gents out there. I have finished the first round at Stone Accent Studios Next Designer Contest. Here is a Freebie QP i completed using parts of that kit.

New Beginnings

Okay Okay so it has been along time since I posted. Let us just say that I had an epiphany and have turned a new leaf so to speak in the designing world. To go with the new me I have redesigned my blog , logo, and basically everything I had been doing. I am a determined person and have stepped up my designs and am going to be promoting myself more and more. Sooooooooooo you get the best part of the deal. You will get quality products, no stray pixels or fuzzy backgrounds. You will see lots more postings on the blogs and elsewhere, and of course freebies.


Now on to the next news. I have decided to join in the Stone Accents Studios next designer contest. What this means to you is freebies. The contest starts Sept 1st and everyweek the contestants create kits - - free for you to download. I will post the links here and a nfew other places and just ask that you just vote hopefully for me. So keep your eyes peeled as the fun is just starting and I am getting serious.!!!!!

Its here! the biggest collab ever! Over 180 designers have contributed a kit with this beautiful and colorful palette. All kits can be found in the participating stores and all are for $2 a piece through July. Once July is done, the designers are sure to be increasing the price as many of the kits are pretty huge!

Update and a New Kit -- June Bride

Wow - -Talk about neglected!! I can't believe that I have not hit this site since March. Well there has been alot of changes taking place all over the scrapping world and I too was affected. Two of my stores closed, and I had to apply to a few others - - unfortunately one of those stores really made me doubt myself as a designer. I even debated whether or not to bother designing anymore. But something inside me finally came out above and I am determined to survive as a designer. So I have been working on some new kits and have decided to try to revamp some of the older ones at a later date just to bring them up to par with the new kits. I have gotten into 2 more stores, so I am up to a total of four and have decided that is all I am going to do. I cut my CT stuff down so I can dedicate more time to designing and yes believe it or not try to get ya'll some freebie stuff and yes keep both blogs up to date. I have signed up for a July blog train already I think you all will like and I will post later on that info. For right now i need to let ya know about one of my stores - -- it is having a "re-grand opening"-so here is the ad

March Blog Freebie

Okay so its really hard to believe I did it again - - -it's been a whole month since I posted anything. Jeez - -this time I have a good excuse - - -lost my Wi-Fi and haven't been able to log on much at all - - but I will remedy that in the next week or 2 and should be a little better - - -I need to update this blog with all the stores I am in, and get you some links to other freebies. Speaking of freebies here is the preview of this months Cottage Blog Party. I know its not much, but I like it and I make work on doing a full kit to match.

So I happened upon a blog one day and it surprised me to see it written, but it is reality - - the person said they hated it when people demanded thank you's for giving freebies. I apologize if i seem demanding, and I won't demand a thank you - -it is just a courtesy and it does make ya feel like someone actually appreciates the things ya do. Good Grief! I can believe its been a month already. January sure went fast of course there has been alot going on. I have officially gotten into a new store called Country Hollow Scraps. Wonderful site and they just had their grand opening last week, so check it out. It is an awesome site, great for taggers but there is lots of fun and some freebies so click here to check it out

Anyway so since it is the first of the month the cottage is having the monthly blog party. this time though its all color coordinated so if you hit all the sites you will find a big mega kit of QP's and kit parts.
